Project Introduction
The high-precision three-roll continuous rolling line for special materials of Baoji Xinnuo New Metal Materials Co., Ltd. is planned to start construction in January 2024, with trial operation expected in September and the first phase of the project formally put into operation in October.
The current project investment is 98 million yuan with construction area of 8000 square meters. After the completion of the first phase of this project, the annual capacity can reach 4,000 tons. The annual production capacity of the project will reach 10,000 tons after all the projects are completed.
This project selects the world's advanced three-roll precision rolling production line, which can realize the production of titanium and titanium alloy rods and wires with a maximum feed diameter of 100mm, a maximum discharge diameter of 45mm, a minimum discharge diameter of 6mm, and a single weight of 300kg. After completion, this project will be China's first high-precision three-roll continuous rolling line for high-end titanium and titanium alloy bars and wires.
Over the years, Xinnuo has kept focusing on the fields of high-end specialty materials for medical and aerospace use, committed to its achieving high-quality development.
In the future, after the completion of this high-precision three-roll continuous rolling line project, it will reduce the comprehensive cost of large single-weight bar and wire materials for China's titanium industry by more than 15%, increase production efficiency by more than 3 times, improve the competitiveness of titanium and titanium alloy rod and wire materials in the international and domestic markets.
