On the morning of December 13, The first shareholders’ conference of Baoji Xinnuo New Metal Materials Co., Ltd.was held successfully in Wanfu Hotel. Li Xiping (Deputy Secretary of Baoji Municipal Political and Legal Commission), Zhou Bin (Deputy Secretary General of Baoji Municipal Government and Director of the Municipal Financial Administration Bureau), Liu Jianjun (Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Baoji Hi-tech Zone), Li Lifeng (Director of the Financial Office of the Hi-tech Zone), Yang Rui (General Manager of Baoji Financial Investment Holding Co., Ltd.) and other leaders attended the conference. The members of the first board of directors and board of supervisors of Baoji Xinnuo New Metal Materials Co., Ltd were elected in the conference. Zheng Yongli, the chairman of Xinnuo, summarized the development history of Xinnuo in the past 18 years, and made a detailed report on the company’s corporate positioning, strategic direction and listing plan in the coming future.

On behalf of the Labour Party Union and the Management Committee of Baoji High-tech Zone, Liu Jianjun, deputy director of the Management Committee of Baoji High-tech Zone, affirmed the achievements made by Xinnuo in the past 18 years. He hoped that Xinnuo would continue to deepen its efforts in subdivided fields, stick to doing finer, deeper and stronger, and lead the healthy development of enterprises by making use of the resource advantages of the capital market, to make new contributions to the high-quality development of Baoji Hi-tech Zone.

He emphasized that the municipal government has issued a series of supporting policies for the listed backup enterprises to enter the capital market, and hoped that Xinnuo would make full use of the relevant policies. Besides, he hoped the intermediary agencies could do a good job of listing guidance for enterprises to promote the listing of enterprises.
