Secondly, advantage for titanium bar
1. Raw material:0 grade undersized grain titanium sponge;
2. Melting: 3 times vacuum melting plasma welding,sampling,flaw detection,remove the head and bottom;
3. Tolerance:100% through type detection by infra-ray diameter gauge,insure h7,h6 tolerance;
4. Straightness:0.3‰-0.5‰;
5. Flaw detection:100% ultrasonic/turbine flaw detection to eliminate metallurgical defects and non-ferrous impurities;
6. Mechanical property:The tensile strength of TC4 diameter below 20mm can be stably controlled at 1000（+/-25)MPa;
7. Microstructure:A1-A2 stable and uniform microstructure for TC4 diameter below 20mm.

3. Mechanical property:For 1.0-6.0mm,TA3,Gr3 tensile strength can be stably controlled at 550(+/-10)MPa,and Gr5,Ti-6Al-4V ELI can be stably controlled at 1000(+/-20)MPa;
4. Microstructure:For 1.0-6.0mm,TA3,Gr3 grain size can reach to more than level 9,and TC4,TC4ELI,TC20,Gr5,Ti-6Al-4V ELI,Ti-6Al-7Nb microstructure can be stably controlled at A1-A3 ;
