The turbine detector probes surface flaws above 3mm;
Ultrasonic flaw detection checks inner defects below 3mm;
Infrared detection apparatus measures the whole bar diameter from top to bottom.

All the titanium bars are traceable from the melted titanium ingot to the final quality checked goods, the heat number is marked on the material and every production process has the production task.
