1. Raw material: 0 grade undersized grain titanium sponge. The titanium sponge is melted three times into the titanium ingot. Then rolling them into the titanium billet. Going through the rolling mill with the quality control in each production process.

2. Tolerance: For 1.0 to 3.0mm, 0-0.1mm; For 3.0 to 6.0mm, 0-0.15mm; For 6.0mm, 0-0.2mm;

3. Mechanical property:For 1.0-6.0mm, Gr5 ELI (Ti-6Al-4V ELI) can be stably controlled at 1000(+/-20)MPa;

4. Microstructure:For 1.0-6.0mm,Gr5 ELI (Ti-6Al-4V ELI) microstructure can be stably controlled at A1-A3 ;

5. Flaw detection:100% ultrasonic/turbine flaw detection to eliminate metallurgical defects and non-ferrous impurities.
