Since September, 2017 to test run, after many batches test of different grades like Grade 3, Grade 5, Grade 7, Grade 23, the acceptance of the furnace and control software have been completed in September, 2019. The consistency of ingots’ chemical compositions is good. Yearly output is 1400 tons.
Titanium ingot forging is under the 4500 ton hydraulic machine and 1600 ton Hydraulic quick forging machine’s specific temperature range to press.
We have our own forging parameters for different grades and performance requirements’ titanium ingot, to make the breaking of grains even and sufficient.
Titanium sponge and intermediate alloy go through the Automatic mixer, then use the machine to press into the dense electrode block with density more than 3.6g/cm³.

We use our own titanium ingot, which is 3 times plasma smelted to produce the medical implants use titanium bar and sheet.
The chemical compositions are stable, consistency is good.
Precision Wire Mill imported from Germany
The mill is imported from Germany. The titanium wire produced by continuous finishing rolling has high yield and good quality. Our workers are operating.
High precision grinding machine
For titanium bars’ straightness, surface and tolerance, we have our own control technique. The surface roughness can reach Ra≤0.8μm, and tolerance can reach h7.

Each finished titanium bar with a diameter of more than Φ10 mm shall undergo ultrasonic testing to avoid internal defects.
Eddy current flaw detector
The titanium wire with a diameter of less than Φ10mm shall be inspected by eddy current. The quality of each product shall be guaranteed.

3. The Drawing workshop, which in charge of wire cutting and drawing the original bar or wire;

5. The Fashioning workshop which in charge of annealing and polishing the intermediate product, also testing the intermediate product and finished product;
6. The Plate workshop , which in charge of cold rolling, hot rolling, acid and alkali washing, repair the injury of the plates;
