1. Selection of raw materials
Choose the best raw material–titanium sponge (grade 0 or grade 1)

The turbine detector probes surface flaws above 3mm;
Ultrasonic flaw detection checks inner defects below 3mm;
Infrared detection apparatus measures the whole bar diameter from top to bottom.

All the titanium bars are traceable from the melted titanium ingot to the final quality checked goods, the heat number is marked on the material and every production process has the production task. Every batch of titanium bars, we print the heating number, grade and size information on the bars and supply the test report for customers.
